In this comprehensive 2-day class you will learn the basics of screen printing your images onto glass. You will learn how to prep the screen, expose your image onto the screen and set it up for printing. You will then push the ink through the screen with my help to transfer your image onto the glass. You may print two images per screen.

Please send two 300dpi jpeg. images no larger than 7” x 7” to chicagoglasscollective@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your class. 3 sheets of 8” x 8” clear glass and 1 sheet of 8” x 8” white will be provided. You may purchase different color base glass from the instructor. Pieces may be picked up 1-2 weeks after class.

Create a beautiful and functional fused glass tray that will fit any occasion. We'll cover glass cutting and assembly, design considerations, material use, construction and finishing methods for your unique fused glass piece. 

This is the perfect project to use up scrap glass!  A white or clear base is included. If you would like a different color base, that glass can be purchases from the instructor. You will create either a 5” x 10” or a 4” x 12” piece, All glass, tools and kiln firings are included.
